Staff
Jennifer is our Account Manager and handles all of the day to day transactions, outgoing transfers, and tax forms. She is also our account software operations specialist. Jennifer has worked with self-directed IRAs for almost three years and is well versed in the "self-directed" industry.
Sue handles all follow up on in-coming account transfers. She provides account updates to agents/licensees and clients. Previously Sue was a mortgage loan processor for six years. Her experience and attention to detail in that field has helped bring Provident Group to the forefront in customer service.
Sherrie carries out the process of closing accounts. She handles the many details associated with these accounts. Sherrie also helps with receptionist duties.
Kathy handles all beneficiary accounts along with some of our wiring and accounting duties. Her background is in accounting and she has operated several businesses. Kathy is a long term resident of Las Vegas and has resided here for 22 years
David opens all new accounts for Provident Group. He also posts account information and provides updates to account holders and agents on account status and transfers. David's background is in customer service and he has excelled in that area for nine years.
Cierra is our receptionist. Besides handling our busy phone lines and assisting clients she handles and logs in all mail, distributes transfers and enters changes of contact information. Cierra has recently moved from Santa Cruz to Las Vegas and looks forward to a long career at Provident Group.
Ashley is our new summer employee. Ashley does all of Provident Group's filing and helps keep the office organized. She is a student at Brigham Young University in Idaho and will be in her junior year this fall. She is majoring in elementary education.
